Oaklee has a proven track record in the sourcing of turnkey developments through private developers. With access to preferential lending rates, our funding solutions offer financial assurance to developers from the outset. We are interested in acquiring good quality, turnkey schemes that meet our design criteria.
Recent ExampleOaklee is proud of the schemes we have delivered over the past 22 years. Our design and build approach begins with an initial procurement process which results in the crafting of a development agreement between parties. As part of this development agreement, we finance the design and build of the project, in line with our design guidelines.
Our developer led projects are delivered in various stages, the first involving the procurement of the site by Oaklee with the remaining stages focused on key milestones of the build process.
