Oaklee has issued a public call on eTenders for proposals to appoint an Integrated Design Team to support the delivery of a new Domestic Violence Refuge on Kearney’s Drive, Tullamore Town, Co Offaly.
The competition, titled “Offaly DVR – Design Team Services to Oversee the delivery of a New Domestic Violence Refuge on Kearney's Drive, Tullamore Town, Co. Offaly”, seeks consultancy services including lead consultancy, architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, fire and disability access consultancy, assigned certifiers and employer’s representative services.
This project is being progressed by Oaklee in close collaboration with Offaly Domestic Violence Support Service (ODVSS), CUAN, Offaly County Council, The Housing Agency, and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH).
The call for tenders is now live and closes at 4.00pm on 14 May 2026.
