2025 has been a productive year for the development team who, across the year has delivered over 239 homes and aim, before we close for the festive holidays, to have closed an additional home, with 15 more to follow in January.

Located in Hallwell Square, Lucan, this scheme of 64 homes is delivered across 3 individual blocks. Two of the blocks comprise 1 and 2 bed apartments and the third block has 6, 3 Bed, own door duplex homes with one bed apartments situated on the third floor.
Castle Wood, 47 apartments in Cherrywood
Located between the M50 and the N11 in south county Dublin, these 47 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments are extremely well connected in what is one of Dublin’s fastest growing communities, Cherrywood. Surrounded by all modern and domestic amenities, Castlewood sits directly across the road from Beckett Park which is owned and managed by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council. These 47 homes were delivered in collaboration with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and the Housing Finance Agency.
Rockview, 12 apartments & duplex homes, in Mountrath
Within a mixed-tenure estate in Rockview, Portlaoise, Oaklee delivered 47 social homes. This delivery was partnered with Quantum Homes and Laois County Council, who acquired homes within the estate for Affordable Purchase. Located close to Cappaghmore , Clonburris, Dublin 22, Keepers Lock is a development of 52 A rated two and three bedroom duplexes, with a further 34 homes expected to be delivered in 2026. Delivered in collaboration with South Dublin County Council and the Housing Finance Agency, Keepers Lock is ideally situated adjacent to the Clondalkin/Fonthill railway station and Park & Ride, giving residents access to a direct train line into Heuston Station.

Comprising 37 one, two and three bedroom, A-rated, apartments, Loreto Gate in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 was delivered in collaboration with South Dublin County Council and the Housing Finance Agency. Located on the southern side of Nutgrove Avenue close to Rathfarnham Village and only a 15-minute walk from Nutgrove Shopping Centre, these homes are well connected with easy access to the M50
Teach San Labhras, 27 apartments in Chapelizod
A mix of one, two and 3 bedroom apartments, on the Ballyfermot Rd in Chapelizod, Dublin 10, these A-rated homes are located close to local amenities and transport routes and were delivered in collaboration with Dublin City Council and the Housing Finance Agency.
