Helen Moore
Director of Development & New Business
With over 25 years’ experience in real estate and finance. Helen is acting as Head of Development.
Most recently she spent six years as a Director of Lisney where she established the New Homes department and worked in the Private Rented Sector advising developers and funds on the planning and operational side of the market. Helen was previously a director of Savills New Homes where she worked for 14 years.
Helen has worked at the Central Bank of Ireland assessing the Credit Institutions management of credit risk with specific focus on the real estate backed loans. She also spent three years at the National Asset Management Agency working out a number of complex portfolios of distressed assets.
Helen holds a Diploma in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from Dublin Institute of Technology, Bolton Street and is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Most recently she completed a Diploma in Marketing and Digital Strategy at the Irish Management Institute.

Denise Doorly is a recent addition to the development team at Oaklee, following seven years at Clanmil Ireland where she played a key role in the growth of that organisation. As Development Manager at Clanmil, Denise saw units in management double during her time there.
In addition to her experience in social housing delivery for an AHB, Denise has extensive knowledge of the Construction Industry. She has over eighteen years’ experience as an Architect in private practice prior to joining Clanmil Ireland in 2015.
As senior architect at O’Mahony Pike Architects, an award-winning practice specialising in housing, Denise led multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of design, planning and construction of large scale mixed-use developments.
Denise has a degree in architecture from University College Dublin and is a member of the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland.

Gintautas is Development Manager - New Business at Oaklee. Before joining Oaklee, Gintautas held various roles in distressed asset management, property finance and commercial property agency fields. He has a strong understanding of the critical elements of property lending and expertise in the various providers and stakeholders in the market.
His background incorporates working relations with key stakeholders such as developers, estate agents, contractors, the Department of Housing, and Local Authorities. Gintautas has contributed to the organisational delivery of well over 200 units via direct acquisitions, constructions and mortgage to rent asset delivery programs since start.
Gintautas holds a Master’s Degree in Property Management and Investment and Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technologies and Management.
