Oaklee is preparing to launch new Cost Rental homes at Harmen’s Rest, Turvey Avenue, Donabate.
Applications are expected to open in Q4 2026. Full details, including application dates, eligibility, rent levels and how to apply, will be published once finalised.
Harmen’s Rest will provide secure, long-term rental homes for eligible households through the Cost Rental scheme. Cost Rental is designed for people who may not qualify for social housing but are finding it difficult to access affordable rental accommodation in the private market.
