Developments at Stonepark Hall and St. Laurence House provide energy-efficient homes in established Dublin communities
Oaklee has delivered 55 new homes across two developments in Rathfarnham and Ballyfermot, providing a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes for individuals and families.
The new homes comprise 28 apartments at Stonepark Hall on Nutgrove Avenue, Rathfarnham, and 27 apartments and duplexes at St. Laurence House on Ballyfermot Road, Chapelizod.
St. Laurence House is now fully occupied, with residents settled into all 27 homes. Stonepark Hall is progressing towards full occupancy, with the final homes currently being allocated to new residents.
All 55 homes have achieved a BER A2 rating, providing residents with modern, energy-efficient homes that support more comfortable and sustainable living. Both developments are located within established communities, with access to transport links, local amenities, education and essential services.

Continuing to increase housing supply
Between 2024 and 2025, Oaklee delivered 534 new homes through partnerships with public and private stakeholders. In 2026 to date, Oaklee has completed a further 191 homes, with 515 homes currently in progress.
The delivery of the new homes at Stonepark Hall and St. Laurence House was made possible with the support of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, The Housing Agency, the Housing Finance Agency, Dublin City Council and South Dublin County Council.
Oaklee will continue to work with local authorities, government, funding bodies and development partners to increase housing supply and support thriving, sustainable communities.
