Oaklee will shortly begin its Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2026, giving residents the opportunity to share their views on our services and their experience as Oaklee tenants.
The survey will be carried out independently by Acuity, a specialist research provider with experience in the social housing sector. Telephone fieldwork is expected to begin on 31 August 2026 and continue until 27 September 2026.
Acuity will contact a random sample of Oaklee residents by telephone and invite them to complete a short survey about their home and the housing services provided by Oaklee.
Why we are carrying out the survey
Resident feedback is essential to helping us understand what is working well, where improvements may be needed, and what matters most to the people living in Oaklee homes.
The survey will help Oaklee gather honest feedback from residents about their experience of our services. The findings will support future service planning and help us identify areas where we can continue to improve.
How residents may be contacted
Residents selected to take part may receive a telephone call from Acuity during the survey period.
If you receive a call, the number displayed will be:
+353 1 699 4340
If you miss a call from this number and call it back, you will hear a recorded message confirming that Acuity tried to contact you to complete a survey for your landlord.
Acuity will only make calls during the following times:
Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 8.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am to 6.00pm
The telephone survey takes around 12 minutes to complete. If preferred, residents can ask for an online link to be sent by email so they can complete the survey online instead.
Is the survey genuine?
Yes. The survey is genuine and is being carried out independently by Acuity on behalf of Oaklee.
If you are contacted, we encourage you to take part and share your honest views. Your feedback will help Oaklee better understand residents’ experiences and identify where services may need to improve.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes. The survey is confidential.
Results will be provided to Oaklee anonymously, unless a resident gives Acuity permission to attach their name to their answers. Acuity interviewers will explain the purpose of the call, how information will be used, and confidentiality arrangements at the start of the survey.
Taking part
If you are contacted by Acuity, we encourage you to take part.
This is an important opportunity for residents to share feedback on Oaklee services and help shape future improvements.
Resident feedback is essential to helping us improve. Thank you in advance to everyone who takes the time to have their say.
