Multi Trade Skilled Operative

Locations: Dublin & Surrounding

39 hours per week

Salary: €24.65 per hour

We are committed to an exciting programme of development and expansion within Choice Services in the Republic of Ireland and we are now seeking to recruit the above role which will play an integral role in driving our agenda of positive change.

Applicants must have:

  • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience in the delivery of general building maintenance and carpentry services,  general grounds maintenance and  working at height

  • Good knowledge of  General building and maintenance services with a minimum of 5 year's relevant experience in the minor building or maintenance sector.

  • Experience in carrying out Multi-Trade works e.g. tiling, general building, flooring, grounds work, and minor plumbing.

  • Current valid full driving licence.

  • Participate in an On-Call rota to address emergency work order

Desirable Criteria:

  • Multi Trade Background / Carpentry / Tiling / Painting / Plastering / Light Plumbing / Roofing / Grounds Maintenance.

  • A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in the social housing sector
